A Comedy of Tenors at LPD - Lights, Cameras, Comedy!

This is community theatre at its best. A Comedy of Tenors is performed by a group of talented actors who haven't quit their day jobs (yet!) but who pour their hearts out on stage in this witty take-off of Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors.

Genti Bejko is a professional director with a long line of credits to his name in film and theatre and he brings his unique perspective to this delightful situation comedy. As he says, tongue-in-cheek, "Life is an opera if you like to be dramatic. And it can be a tragedy if you're a tenor!"

A Comedy of Tenors is the perfect antidote to the winter blahs and well worth the drive to Lakeside Academy in Lachine. And yes, the West Island is accessible by public transportation as well. Lakeshore Players is in its 55th year and growing strong, a tribute to the dedication of its Board of Directors, everyone involved in the LPD, and its faithful members.
